Bead
From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A bead is a small, decorative object that is usually pierced for threading or stringing. Beads range in size from under 1 millimetre (0.039 in) to over 1 centimetre (0.39 in) in diameter. A pair of beads made from Nassarius sea snail shells, approximately 100,000 years old, are thought to be the earliest known examples of jewellery. [1][2] Beadwork is the art or craft of making things with beads. Beads can be woven together with specialized thread, strung onto thread or soft, flexible wire, or adhered to a surface (e.g. fabric, clay).

Beads, beads, beads!!!!

OK, so being a jewellery maker I LOVE beads! To the point where I have started hoarding them (tho I will NEVER admit this)! In particular I LOVE handmade glass lampwork beads, anyone that has been following my blog may have picked up on this!
After making my  bracelet I decided I wanted to make one in silver and heres what I came up with:

Sterling silver with white and clear lampwork (Laura) beads and a hint of crystals

And guess what was on today.....

So of course I had to go, (I did mean to get pics but when I got through the doors I was like a kid in a sweet  shop) but here is a pic of what I got....

Bail making Wubbers, Hands free magnifying glass, crystals (gotta have some sparkle) and back dated mags Galore!!!

Some bead porn for you....
